Tasting note
Deep ruby red. Very intense and complex. Fruity scents of blueberries, wild strawberries, blackberries, plums, accompanied by spicy aromas, roasted aromas and light menthol scents. Full-bodied, soft and fruity, with tannins of excellent quantity and quality. Elegant, well-structured with a balanced, long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Passt hervorragend zu Rindfleisch und Grilladen.
Vinification
Traditional aging with fermentation of 8 to 12 days on the mash, in stainless steel tanks at 28 — 30 °C. Ageing takes place over 10 months in one to two-year barriques.
