About the wine
The 2024 vintage in Jumilla was characterized by a particularly dry climate for the Monastrell variety, which, thanks to the special conditions of the season, showed a fresh, lively and elegant profile. Low rainfall and high summer temperatures favored early ripening of the grapes, which favored the formation of fresh and floral aromas. The early harvest at the end of August was the key to maintaining natural acidity and avoiding overripe fruit aromas, achieving a profile similar to Mediterranean white wines with great freshness and elegance.

Tasting note
NATSU presents itself as a fresh and elegant blanc de noir from the traditional Monastrell red wine variety. In the glass, it shows pale yellow with steely reflections — a first clue to its filigree structure. The nose reveals a fine bouquet of white flowers, tropical fruits and a subtle mineral undertone. On the palate, the wine impresses with lively acidity, delicate texture and remarkable balance. Ripening on fine yeast gives it richness and aromatic depth. The finish is long and clear, supported by a refreshing elegance and subtle complexity.

In stainless steel tanks, 4 months on fine yeast.
