Fruit and floral notes with fine minerality, juicy on the palate - the aroma of the base wine from Bordeaux is clearly visible. The stormy pubescent white wine has become a strong, handsome guy. This is the third Cavino distillate, distilled from Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, which became a bit tight in the chateaux-carton bag during the too warm transport to Switzerland. Get out of bloated BIBs, mashed on the stems and grabs of Reto Honegger's 2012 harvest. Felix Kunz from Egg has once again proven that he distills top-class Grappi from first-class raw material.
