Tasting note
The color is a strong cherry red. The intense bouquet shows lots of red fruit, accompanied by delicate spicy notes. Juicy on the palate, well-bodied, with harmoniously integrated tannins. The persistent finish further rounds off the positive overall impression.

Vinification
Before the actual fermentation, the grapes are subjected to carbonic acid maceration. Fermentation then takes place in large steel tanks, during which contact with mash lasts 7-10 days. The wine is aged in glazed cement tanks.
