Tasting note
Intense with a nice concentration of exotic aromas such as pineapple and lychee. A gentle start that develops into a lovely freshness. The exotic fruit notes are confirmed, richness on the finish with a hint of almond. Vivid yellow with golden reflections.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with tarden with marrow, American-style lobster, asparagus, curry or truffle dishes, scallops, alpine cheese and Vacherin from the Vallée de Joux.
