About the wine
Rare Provence interpretation of a classic grape variety. On barren limestone soils and sun-drenched hills, the Viognier develops its fragrant, aromatic finesse. Cool nights provide freshness and elegance.

Tasting note
The wine is deep, pale golden with greenish reflections. Its complex and aromatic bouquet combines notes of peach and orange with subtle notes of honey and acacia. On the palate, it is smooth, tasty and harmoniously balanced, with an exciting structure and refreshing length. Fruity aromas of peach and pear are complemented by a honey-like, floral note of acacia and invigorated by sparkling and spicy accents of cedrat and green pepper.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fine fish dishes, seafood and white meats. Ideal with creamy risottos, fresh goat cheese or Asian dishes with a fine seasoning. An elegant companion for sophisticated starters and special moments of pleasure.
Vinification
The wine is obtained by gently pressing at low pressure in a reducing environment, using only the first pressed fraction. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to promote aromatic complexity. The wine then matures on fine yeast in stainless steel tanks before being gently clarified by natural sedimentation.
