Tasting note
With her two red wines Veneroso and Nambrot, Ginevra Venerosi Pesciolini has almost become famous - at the moment she has only made it to the secret tip. She has added an extremely exciting white to her range. It is a Vermentino from her oldest vines, which she grows in amphoras. After four months of contact between the wine and the fine yeast, the result is a wine of complex aromas with an impressive amount of sweetness/acid. The wine is certified with the Demeter label.
