In addition to Vermentino, 11 different Sangiovese clones were planted in volcanic soils, where artificial fertilizers, herbicides and other chemicals have never reached before. Irrigation... No indication. Instead, dedication, passion and craftsmanship, which produce very pure, straightforward wines without any frills.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Asian dishes, antipasti and seafood.
Vinification
All grapes come from early harvests - all selected by hand. Fermentation takes place on the lees for about two weeks. During the following five months of maturation, a gentle yeast contact persists. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel tanks.
