Martiena IGT Bianco Toscana from Cantina Dei is a fresh, easy-going white made from Malvasia, Grechetto, and Trebbiano grapes. It’s perfect for relaxed afternoons or casual dinners, offering vibrant, juicy flavors that invite you to unwind and enjoy the moment.

Tasting note
The Martiena is presented in sparkling light yellow. On the nose, it develops very fruity aromas that are reminiscent of apples and pears. On the palate, it shows fresh acidity, pleasant fullness and a fine aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
This wine is ideal as a refreshing aperitif and goes well with light starters, fish dishes or summer salads.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and fermentation takes place spontaneously in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged for three months in stainless steel tanks and a further six months in the bottle to preserve its freshness and fruitiness.
