About the wine
Give yourself joy for the senses with the first-class Maria Costanza rosso IGT from 2012! With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Milazzo masters this red wine in the blooming and fertile landscape of Sicily.
Tasting note
A seductive Sicilian. Crimson red with dark purple reflections. Very intense bouquet with a pleasant scent of licorice, with nuances of fresh mint and red, very ripe fruits (blackberries, wild strawberries, cherries). The taste is clean, round and full-bodied. Strong, silky tannin structure. Very balanced and long and harmonious on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, roasts, stews, game, stews, charcuterie and spicy cheeses.
Vinification
The vinification takes place on the lees in stainless steel tanks and then matures for 12-24 months in barriques.
