About the wine
Sophisticated nose that gives off exhilarating aromas of wild fruits, marine scrub, noble herbal sensations, resin and floral potpourri. Strong mouth, full of pure olfactory references and a silky tannin structure. Juicy shine that announces a very long finish on the tongue.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with medium and long-aged cheeses, mushroom preparations and fried and grilled meats.
Vinification
The must is vinified for 10 days with constant pumping to optimally extract colors and aromas. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, where it remains in contact with its fine pulp for over 18 months before being cut and bottled. The wine is further refined in the bottle for at least 9 months.
