About the wine
The Borga family has been cultivating the Marca Trevigiana vineyards since 1940. That is where I started. Today, it is the four cousins of the family who create and design me and the other wines with love. This is where winemaking experience meets the joy of experimentation. Because the new generation makes modern wines that breathe new life into Veneto.

Tasting note
It has an elegant pale pink color. The nose is aromatic, with notes of cherry, raspberry and peach, followed by citrus and floral aromas. Pleasantly sweet on the palate, but well balanced by the zest and freshness typical of Raboso.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with apéro, dessert.
Vinification
After a 12-hour cryomaceration (cold maceration) in contact with my skins, I am gently pressed. My fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, which wonderfully preserves my primary grape aromas.
