Malleolus de Sanchomartin is Emilio Moro's rare top wine. The Pago de Sancho Martin vineyard was established in 1964 and covers around 1.7 hectares. Overwhelming, complex bouquet, with notes of cassis, blackberries, ripe plums, dark cherries, light tobacco, sweet spices and black chocolate. Powerful, concentrated, complex on the palate, with incredible elegance and balance. A world-class Tempranillo. Goes very well with beef fillet in a port wine sauce.
