Tasting note
On the nose, a seductive scent of ripe pineapple and honeydew melon unfolds, which immediately awakens anticipation. On the palate, there are classic Chardonnay notes of green apple, harmoniously complemented by an intense vanilla aroma, which is due to aging in barriques. The long, gently ending finale leaves a lasting impression and invites you to the next glass.

Vinification
The Chardonnay grapes from the traditional Lürlibad in Chur are harvested by hand with great care. After a gentle pressing, the must goes into French barriques, where it undergoes a slow, temperature-controlled fermentation. This Chardonnay then ages in the same barrels for 12 months, giving it a complex structure and fine wood notes.
