About the wine
The 2018 Lunadoro Pagliareto is an easy-going Sangiovese that brings fresh, juicy berry flavors and a light, approachable feel. It’s a great pick for relaxed get-togethers where good wine and good company are the only musts.
Tasting note
Dark ruby red with intense garnet reflections. Aromas of ripe fruit and notes of pepper, as well as plum jam, violet scent, with a touch of chocolate and cigar. Nice, balanced structure with soft tannins and good acidity for a long, dynamic finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with traditional Tuscan cuisine, red and braised meats, soups and mushrooms.
