The winemaker from the Italian winery Cantina di Orgosolo has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing landscape in Sardinia. Tasting note
Ruby red with inclusions of garnet red. Aromas of dark berries, spices. The palate is fresh, berry, full-bodied with almost sweet, very well integrated tannins. It is the domain's first certified organic wine. It comes from the Sa Lacana vineyard, was picked by hand into small containers, sorted and fermented with indigenous yeasts for 10-15 days. After 6 months of aging in chestnut wood barriques, it was stored in the bottle for another 3 months before it was released on the market.
