Light yellow, bright and shiny. Dynamic, very regular perlage taking place throughout the glass. The absence of sugar results in a lower viscosity. The fine, exquisite bouquet seduces with its notes of yellow fruit (mirabelles) and lightly roasted dried fruit (fresh almonds). It gives a ripe, velvety, almost sunny impression. After contact with air, the wine looks even fresher. Notes of red berries (currants) and lovely scented flowers (lilacs) develop. Pinot Noir and Meunier are clearly responsible for the bouquet. At the start, the wine is full of energy. Its texture is smooth, juicy and sweet. Wonderful aromas of ripe fruit and saline notes generously fill the palate, but quickly leave their place to a vibrant, delicious freshness. An infinitely fresh, fruity and at the same time saline wine with a powdery, slightly dry, bitter finish. An extremely harmonious, precise, delightful champagne — neither sour nor solar. What a treat! This Brut Nature is fine, elegant and densely concentrated at the same time. Its aftertaste is oily and characterized by the limestone of its soils. It is almost reminiscent of mussel shells.
