Tasting note
Deep purple. On the nose, Cabernet Sauvignon shows aromas of raspberries, black cherries, rosemary and mint. There are also hints of cocoa and licorice On the palate, the wine is soft and fresh, with fine-grained mature tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Enjoy this delicious meal with entrecote, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms or baked vegetables with Mediterranean herbs.
Vinification
The wine undergoes gentle processing, starting with the gentle squeezing of the grapes. These stay on the mash for about 10 days. During this time, the colors, aromas and tannins are gently extracted. After alcoholic fermentation, the young wine is filled into oak barriques for biological acid degradation and subsequent maturation.
