Tasting note
Straw yellow, aromas of citrus and garrigue with Mediterranean notes, juicy and fresh with elegant acidity. After 2 months of contact with skins and seeds, the wine was gently pressed and, after 6 months of aging in steel tanks, bottled into liter bottles in order to also offer biodynamic wine at affordable prices. The wine was pressed using synergistic methods on wild yeasts and with minimal use of sulfur.
