About the wine
Penny Streeter's winery is located between Cape Town and Hermanus, at the entrance to Walker Bay. On her first visit to Benguela Cove, she was so fascinated by the majestic mountains and the breathtaking sea views that she took the step to start her own winery. Today, together with her winemaker Johann Fourie, she is considered a rising star in the region.

Tasting note
Very bright yellow with a soft green glow. Intense gooseberry bouquet, citrus and star anise, followed by white flowers, reneclodes and peppers. On the juicy palate with a lively breed and slim body. In the aromatic finale, mirabelle, star fruit and white pepper.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cold meat platters, mild fish or vegetable terrines, vegetarian cuisine, steamed freshwater fish, light, Far Eastern dishes, chicken and hot cheese dishes as well as fresh and hard cheeses.
