About the wine
With the fine Les Folatières Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru AOC, which was produced in 2015, you will certainly have a lot of fun. It draws its strength and energy from the loamy, slate-like soils in Burgundy. The winemaker from the French winery David Moret transforms it into a real treat with great sensitivity.

Tasting note
Tart and spicy, carried directly by a scent of wild herbs and salt licorice, make you want more, curious, a little deeper with lots of floral, lilac and organ blossom, and fruity aromas, pear and yellow apple, also mandarin peel, a wonderful framework for the delicate spicy and wood aromas, it builds up an incredible complexity, a new nuance, a different world and everything But one thing together. Warm and intense on the palate, flowing and stimulating at the same time, a force with lots of pressure, deep, concentrated and infinite, carried by a tart, tasty spice and ripe fruit.
Vinification
Without pumping, vinified only with gravity, fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts and aging in new and used oak barrels, before bottling, also without pumping, the wine rests in steel tanks. No fining, no filtration.
