Les Dentelles Côtes du Roussillon Villages AOC 2020 - Calvet-Thunevin

An intense purple garnet with a glowing core. The sweet-looking nose combines aromas of currant chocolate and plum compote, complemented by dark cherries and subtle gingerbread spice. On the palate, the wine is velvety and soft, with an elegant flow and gentle pressure. The aromas of grapes and chocolate cherries develop a seductive berry sweetness, while the tannins are perfectly integrated. The wine always reveals new facets, with notes of plum juice and blackberry jelly, as well as the unmistakable warmth of Roussillon. The juicy, soft palate lasts until the lingering, dessert-like finish. Elegant and sumptuous at the same time.
