Tasting note
The grape yield in the Les Cabrioles vineyard is only 1.5 dl/m2. The wineing/maceration takes 5 weeks, followed by a maturation period in barriques French oak. The aroma density is impressive, reminiscent of black berries and canned fruit. The Mourvèdre character is expressed in the race and spiciness of the wine.
