About the wine
Picturesque and sunny landscapes of Provence give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the French winery Domaine de Triennes conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. With the strong Chardonnay 2016 — Les Aureliens blanc VdP du Var, you can offer your guests something very special. Tasting note
The Auréliens blanc is bright golden yellow. On the nose, complex aromas of white flowers, ripe apples, peaches, orange zest and linden blossoms inspire. On the palate, it is freshly fruity with a strong acidity, lots of citrus fruit, pleasant roasted aromas and spicy notes of almonds. A very harmonious, spicy and mineral white wine with a pleasantly dry finish.

Ideal for aperitifs, starters of all kinds, fish, crustaceans and shellfish, poultry
Vinification
The grapes are pressed as soon as they arrive at the winery. Depending on the grape variety, the subsequent fermentation and aging takes place in steel tanks, large wooden barrels and burgundy pièces, with typical regional bâtonnage. In some cases, malolactic fermentation is avoided. The individual wines are aged on the lees for an average of 6-7 months before the blending takes place and the wine matures in steel tanks for a further few months. The wine is certified organic.
