Tasting note
Full-bodied, with dominant aromas of citrus, mandarin and ripe fruit with white flesh. Nice balance, lively, dry, a very typical Viognier, fills the palate and leaves a refreshing impression. Bright bright color with golden shimmers.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried asparagus with feta cheese, duck breast salad, crab, scallops, ginger prawns, cod fillet, sea bass, liver sausage with apple compote and fresh goat cheese.
