Le Village Brut AC 2023 - Pierre Baillette

Cuvée composed of 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 20% Meunier, based on 75% of the 2018 vintage, completed with reserve wines. The nose shows aromas of juicy pome fruit, cherries, nectarines and various citrus fruits, plus fine nut notes and a touch of subtle exoticism, with a delicate mineral-spicy underlay. On the palate, showing nice texture, yet juicy, with a good, uncomplicated drinking flow.
