Tasting note
Pale salmon pink Delicately fruity on the nose, plus floral notes. Straightforward on the palate without any kitsch, with vifer acid, dry, mineral, with incredible drinking flow.
Culinary recommendation
With an aperitif, of course, with freshwater fish, snack platters and all kinds of cold summer dishes.
Vinification
Slow and very gentle pressing of the grapes. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Stays on the fine yeast until bottling.
