Tasting note
Pale, golden yellow color with slightly brilliant and golden reflections. Fruity on the nose, intense and aromatic. Full on the palate with fresh acidity, long-lasting.

Vinification
The harvest takes place at the end of September between September 20 and October 10 early in the morning and is done by hand. In small, 12kg boxes, the grapes are transported as quickly as possible to the vinification cellar. After immediate stripping and crushing, the grapes are pressed, during which the fresh must is fermented at a low temperature and carried out in steel tanks. Only a small portion is aged in acacia barriques over a short period of time and finally assembled.
