About the wine
Intense, complex bouquet with notes of pear, dried yellow apple, apricot, star fruit, lemon zest, salt lemon, chamomile, roasted nuts, subtle acacia honey, yeasty aromas and subtle smoky mineral aromas. Elegant, complex on the palate, with a very fine perlage and notes of limestone on the finish. Very good with seafood.
