Tasting note
An iron hand in a velvet glove! The estate strives to express the marl of the Grünspiel location (one of the best locations in Bergheim). It does this in the form of an “orange wine”, i.e. with maceration. In this way, the wine expresses its position and continues to guarantee a long shelf life. The wine has a phenomenal length, a slightly tannic structure and impressive power. The aromas are yellow-fruited exotic, accompanied by mint, lime and a cool, stony minerality. It goes great with veal tartare and Riz Casimir.
