Olivier Rivière is a name you have to remember - or not, because you'll hear a lot more about him in the future anyway! His wines are too good and exceptional, so admirable for what he has already achieved and how freely and independently he goes his way. Through several very well-known stations in France and Spain, Olivier has gradually and purposefully acquired the knowledge of biodynamic viticulture and natural wine and has applied it on his own behalf since 2006 - his love for Burgundy has never been extinguished and blazes in each of his wines (and in the aging process, which usually takes place in very small quantities!). Fantastic and, on top of that, very inexpensive wines! Wild and tame, unique elegance, great cinema.
