About the wine
Le 2 Ville has an intense, fruity freshness on the nose: aromas of raspberry, cherry and plum, accompanied by a hint of fig. The strong primary aroma is complemented by elegant secondary nuances of roasted notes and vanilla, which are created by aging in barriques and give the wine more depth and complexity. On the palate, it has a lively, well-integrated acidity, a medium body and a pleasant aftertaste. It impresses with its harmony and suppleness.

A versatile accompaniment to Mediterranean meat dishes, game fowl or mature cheese. He also inspires solo.
Vinification
Le 2 Ville is completely fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 28°C. After maceration of around three to four weeks and malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in barrique barrels for 16 months. The composition varies slightly between Merlot and Cabernet Franc, while the proportion of 20 percent Ciliegiolo, which is aged exclusively in stainless steel, remains constant.
