About the wine

Tasting note
Bright straw yellow. Complex and intense on the nose, with notes of peach and exotic fruits. There are also hints of iodine and white pepper. Fresh and lively on the palate, with a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes wonderfully with an aperitif or with light fish dishes.
Vinification
Aged on yeast in stainless steel tanks for four months.
