Tasting note
Although a blend of the 3 major French varieties, the origin is unmistakable: slim and very structured, with the typical, slightly dusty tannin, beautiful, redberry fruit extract, balanced drinkability, long-lasting, elegance. The scent is also typical with some venison, leather, smoke, backed with a beautiful floral component.

Vinification
Grown on heavy soil (loamy sand, pH 8). Separate fermentation of the individual varieties in 45 hl wooden barrels, aged for 14 months in 300 liter French oak barrels.
