About the wine
An elegant rosé characterized by floral notes, citrus and red berries. An ideal accompaniment to light meals.

Tasting note
“Fragrant, fresh and pink” - Bright salmon pink. Aromas of fresh fruit, grapefruit, strawberries and freshly cut grass and wild roses. Light and fresh on the palate, with notes of blood orange. Fine and elegant with a fruity aftertaste. With this new rosé, Ramón Bilbao brings the traditional Clarete rosé style back to Rioja.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with white asparagus, meres salad, veal carpaccio and risotto
Vinification
Maceration takes 4 hours. The saignée method is used, where the juice is squeezed out without a mechanical press, based solely on the weight of the grapes. Exploitation is approximately 40%. This is followed by fermentation at low temperatures of 14°C.
