Tasting note
Cabernet Istrice comes in a bright garnet red. Seductively spicy on the nose with coffee notes and light roasted aromas, invigorating fruity with wild berries and blackberries. The palate impresses with a strong structure, velvety tannin and fruity-spicy fullness. The aftertaste is long and juicy.

Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation for 10 days in steel tanks. Followed by biological acid degradation in wooden barrels. Bottling and long bottle storage after 12 months of aging in French barriques.
