About the wine
With the delicious La Viña de mi Madre Reserva DO from 2012, you will positively surprise your friends. Picturesque landscapes of the Upper Ebro give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Finca Albret conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience.

Tasting note
Brilliant and dense cherry red. On the nose, strong aromas of cooked cherries, blueberries and cassis. Plus scents of tobacco and coffee, with nuances of vanilla and cinnamon. Subtle, delicate and full of fruit aromas on the palate. Of great complexity and elegance, fine, well-integrated wood notes that give the wine harmony and softness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meat, duck breast, braised lamb or even aged cheese. Also good with dishes with mushrooms and truffles.
Vinification
The alcoholic fermentation takes place at 28°C for 7 days, followed by a 14-day secondary fermentation to extract the maximum of color, aromas and sweet tannins from the grapes. Aged for 21 months in French oak barrels and aged for 24 months in bottle.
