Tasting note

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with stew, stews, duck
Vinification
Careful selection in the vineyard and in the cellar. The grapes are tamped with their feet and then fermented in 1500 liter open wooden vats. After fermentation, the wine is aged in 300-liter French oak barrels (50% new) for 12 months.
