A must for connoisseurs, this distinctive Grenache 2021 — La Imprudent, wooden box! You can describe the landscape in Catalonia with words such as barren. However, the Spanish winery Herencia Altes is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this white wine. We think he succeeded! The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this grenache with spicy food or spicy dishes.

Tasting note
Bright, sparkling yellow with golden reflections. Very expressive and aromatic with notes of citrus, nectarines and Mediterranean herbs. In the mouth, the wine shows a nice freshness and an invigorating acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light dishes, vegetables, fish, aperitifs
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand so that only the best grapes from the vineyard reach the cellar. To minimize contact with the skins, the whole grapes are loaded into the press and gently pressed. The must is spontaneously fermented in steel tanks using ambient yeasts. After fermentation, the wine is stored on fine yeast for 3 months. The yeast is stirred regularly, which gives the wine more structure, a fine mouthfeel and more longevity.
