About the wine
The Château de la Galinière is located east of Aix-enProvence, in the village of Châteauneuf-le-Rouge, on the Cengle plateau, at the foot of Montagne Sainte-Victoire.

Tasting note
Bright, almost pale rosé color with a slight purple shimmer and subtle orange reflections. Aromatic nose reminiscent of red berries, raspberries and red currants, mallow blossoms and subtle notes of mandarin peel. Crunchy and pure on the palate with fine fruit notes that remind of the nose, elegant acidity, good perlage and good length.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect for an aperitif, it goes great with vegetable dishes, a fresh watermelon feta salad, a fish carpaccio or crawfish, Mediterranean cuisine, grilled marinated white meat.
Vinification
Selection of the highest yielding plots whose maturation has not progressed too far in order to achieve maximum freshness. This rosé is the result of a precise work process using an innovative process that removes alcohol and preserves the aromas of the vine. We carry out gentle dealcoholization with very low but very effective heating while maintaining quality control and reducing the time between treatment and bottling.
