Tasting note
Light flat gold, spicy on the nose, Reinclaudes. Complex on the palate, dense and long-lasting. A wonderful natural wine from the vineyards near the narrow Herault gorge. The region, which was reclaimed by a few committed organic winemakers as an exciting region for high-quality, organic wines, is surrounded by nothing but untouched, wild nature. Jean Emmanuel Parce is now producing the very first wines from the 2019 harvest, which he vinifies in the Rectorie in Banjuls, his father's famous winery. From 2021, the company will have its own small winery in Herault.
