Tasting note
A new cuvée from Cédric, with grapes from young vineyards, composed of 70% Meunier and 30% Pinot Noir. The small proportion of the 2021 vintage, accounting for just under a third, is complemented by reserve wines from 2020. Inviting nose with aromas of yellow fruits, morels, candied blood orange and some nectarines, framed with floral spicy notes of white flowers, blooming meadow herbs and delicate almond tones. Juicy, fresh and flattering on the palate, with delicate mineral spice in the finale.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful for an aperitif with friends, a few snacks and tapas, or even with light fish dishes.
