Truly one of the most famous wines in the world. Koonunga Hill Shiraz Cabernet perfectly reflects the style and philosophy of Penfolds. The blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon is reflected in bright purple red. Energetic red fruits and nuances of pink pepper, white plums and Thai basil. Aromas such as white chocolate and mulberries flatter the palate and are more reminiscent of “cool climat” wine. A pleasant acid-tannin structure rounds off this classic and makes it “Everybody's Darling”.
