Das erfrischende Duftspektrum des Kalk & Stein von Passionsfrucht, Pfirsich und Mandel zeigt komplexen Aromacharakter und viel Finesse. Die dominanten Noten von Zitrone, Limette und Apfel gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Ein fruchtiger Weisswein mit schlankem Körper und dominanter Säure, welcher auf Zunge und im Gaumen seine komplexe Struktur entfaltet.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Die ideale Trinktemperatur für den Bio-Weisswein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 12°-14°C. Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Kalk & Stein harmoniert hervorragend mit Trüffel, Geisskäse und Geflügel.
Vinification
Spontaneously fermented in wooden barrels, yeast storage for 16 months, minimally sulfurized and filled unfiltered just before filling. The absence of filtration causes slight turbidity, so that natural aromas and flavors are retained in the wine.
