About the wine
Kabosu are juicy citrus fruits that are closely related to the Japanese fruit yuzu. The yellow-green fruit is difficult to eat pure. However, the flavorful juice of kabosu is often used in Japan to mix cocktails or in cooking, to refine dishes such as sashimi, fish in general or hot pot dishes.

Tasting note
The Kabosu no Susume is a light, fruity and sweet Junmai with hand-squeezed Kabosu juice. Mild and extremely refreshing on the nose, pleasant, complex, racy and present on the palate, and intensely fruity. A sweet and tasty aperitif drink, with a low alcohol content and a sour-bitter finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif or dessert or as an ingredient for delicious cocktails.
