About the wine
The grapes come from old and young vineyards around and in Alsheim. Deep loess and limestone marl characterize the respective soils.

Tasting note
A lot of pineapple and peach fruit in the scent. The taste is full and a bit of herbs. Nice length in the finish with enormous juiciness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat, but also fish dishes, prepared strong and spicy. Also great with asparagus.
Vinification
Selective harvesting is done by hand after maturity. For optimal extraction of the aromatic substances, the grapes are gently ground in the wine well and left to stand in their own juice for a few hours. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place with the vineyard's own yeasts in stainless steel tanks and, after a longer period of storage on the entire yeast, is bottled in spring.
