Tasting note
Light flat gold, spicy on the nose, pure claws. Complex on the palate, dense and long-lasting, aged in barriques. A wonderful nature wine from the vineyard plots near the narrow gorge of the Herault. The region, which was reclaimed by a few committed organic winemakers as an exciting region for high-quality organic wines, is surrounded by nothing but untouched, wild nature. From 2021, their own small winery will now be located in the Herault.
