About the wine
The BODEGAS José Pariente were founded in the 1960s by José Pariente. He began producing white wines from the local Verdejo grape at his own winery in the Rueda area. His aim was to produce first-class wines. The winery was taken over by his daughter Victoria in 1998. For more than 20 years, the winery has followed a clear roadmap: innovation and technology, respect for the vineyard, commitment to sustainability and participation in various research projects.

Tasting note
In the glass, brilliant straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The aromatic expression is an exceptional combination of herbal notes and exotic fruits (passion fruit), the scent is reminiscent of freshly cut grass and boxwood with a touch of minerality. On the palate, it shows the typical characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc: fresh and clean elegance. The wine is intense, well-structured and long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with crustaceans, seafood, sushi, vegetables, mild cheese and charcuterie.
Vinification
After grape selection and cold maceration, the wine ferments and matures on its own yeasts for four months in steel tanks.
