Tasting note
That stays in the memory: Its attractive golden yellow first pleases the eye and then the mind. A slim body and present acidity result in the white wine, which shows a lot of character and class in the mouth.

Goes well with vegetarian dishes, aperitifs, freshwater fish, Cheese fondue, cheese platters and raclette.
Vinification
A few words about vinification: Alcoholic fermentation and acid degradation in stainless steel tanks. The must has such a high number of degrees of Oechsle that the yeast does not like to ferment all natural sugars.
