Tasting note
Opulent in the fruit, but without being clumsy, the aroma of primary fruit dominates and the structure is not very broad or strong, but exactly so that every sip requires the next.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Bündner Platte, Bündner specialties and meat dishes.
Vinification
Short mash heating for better yield of dyes and ingredients. Fermentation with pure yeasts for approx. 7 days. Ageing in stainless steel tanks.
